Iryna Nerubaieva is a Project Manager at Planet Youth, leading the implementation of the Planet Youth Guidance Program across Europe, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. She ensures partner communities have the necessary knowledge, tools, and support for success while acting as a key link between local teams, global partners, and internal Planet Youth functions.

Iryna holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the International Solomon University (ISU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Social Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine. With 19 years of international experience, she specializes in managing social projects, building the capacity of local and international organizations, fostering strong partnerships, and engaging key stakeholders. Her expertise also includes developing educational materials and online tools, organizing global training programs, and facilitating workshops, webinars, and conferences.
